One of the main authors of the TACTICS Report on 'Radicalisation in the Sahel,' Professor Barah Mikail, discusses with Markus Koob, Member of the Bundestag's Foreign Affairs Committee the nature of engagement and the different "exit strategies" of outside stakeholders in a region plunged in terrorist activity."

Panelists Markus Koob MP has been a Member of the German Budestag (Federal Parliament ) since 2013. He serves in the Committees of Foreign Affairs and is an Alternative Members of the Subcommittee on Disarmament, Arms Control and Non-Proliferation.

Michal Barah is one of the main contributors in the 2020 TACTICS “Radicalisation in the Sahel” Report. Barah is the founder of Stractegia, a Madrid-based consulting company focusing on the MENA region an Associate Professor of International Security at Saint Louis University Madrid Campus. Mikail was previously a lecturer at the university of Paris-VIII.
